Dear Dr. Perito, thank you for this informative video-it’s greatly appreciated! If I choose to get a malleable implant and my dedicated, high-volume center performs 490 IPPs per year but only 10 malleables/year, does that mean I’m essentially going to a low-volume center for a malleable implant? In countries like Brazil, India, or Egypt, where the situation is reversed with low-volume IPPs and high-volume MPPs, would it be better for me to consider traveling internationally for an MPP (Genesis/Tactra/Rigi10 devices).

Hi Doc: Greetings from your pal on the Gulf side. Happy to hear you're now well. Moreover, the advice proffered is duly noted. I've since returned to New England to enjoy 3 of the 4 seasons. Went to Singapore and other Asian vacation destinations from February through April of this year. Can't wait to return again. Everything is 5 stars at a fraction of the cost here. And the young women there are amongst the most beautiful and gracious in the world. They respect older age, not to mention they absolutely adore and worship the tall and rigid anatomy of the men in the west. They joyfully climb every mountain (lol). I've had a penile implant inserted. Once the tubes are put in the corpus cavernosum, a natural erection can't be obtained, but where does the blood go that filled the cavernosum?

Question if someone is getting the implant do to ED and meds don't work. Why do they give the same meds to made the head of the penis hard for sex when the meds don't work in the first place why not put filler in the head after the implant but as a combo so the penis feel more like a erect penis to women than just a half of a erection which women feel the point of the implant giving the pain from it do to the head not being erect

With your patented technique, is filler migration to the foreskin possible? I've read that only happens if the filler is not injected deep enough. Do you guarantee that it won't? An in the event it does what the course of correction.

Con todo el repecto a esta tecnica y al Doctor ..en lo particular me he gastado bastante..pero bastante tiempo en leer artículos referentes a diferentes técnicas de alargamiento y en este caso de engrosamiento..y la distintas maneras de hacerlo...en el caso de los fillers como estos (porue a la larga es un fillers no es mas) ..me quedan demasiadas..pero demasiadas dudas...e indagado en otros medios y estos si muestran un antes y un depues en video..lo explican pero ademas que lo explican lo muestran que es lo mas interesante..es decir muestran en vídeos la aplicación de los fillers en cada paciente..llamese el filler que apliquen--pero en definitiva lo muestran con pacientes reales, y asi uno como observador y posible candidato a esta técnica ya se hace una idea de que se puede esperar de los resultados finales y eso me parece excelente, también es así que e indagado por los otros fillers, con UROFILL ha sido bastante tedioso, y no es por el hecho de explicar en que consiste el procedimiento, porque se ganta su tiempo en explicar es decir bla bla bla...mucha lora pero al final del te, no muestran nada...y pues uno queda dudoso de este procedimiento..porque a la larga critican al resto de fillers como tal de otros medicos..pero ellos utilizan la misma historia un filler.. como les digo uno no tiene de donde agarrarse porque no hay vídeos, no hay evidencias, ni comentarios de la gente que se lo haya practicado como si lo hay en otras partes donde si he leído por los procedimiento de filler... Mucho alarido y a la final esto resulta ser igual que los otros filler pero mas caro el procimiento de UROFILLER:.Pdta. en conclusion nadie habla de este procedimiento..no hay comentarios, no hay evidencias, no hay pacientes mostrando como se les aplica el filler, solo se jactan en mostrar las explicaciones de los medicos de cada pais con una franquisia que tienen del tal doctor perito..pero a larga uno pierde el tiempo escuchandolos porque no hay nada de nada...las evidencias son importantes...mostras los casos son importante.----invito al resto a que realicen busquedas y no encontraran nada.

My implant surgery was a disaster. I have not orgasmed since my surgery. I would orgasm about once a week before. My penis is now smaller. It does not reach my wife's cervix. She says she can't feel my penis now. I'm very unhappy with the procedure.

For guys not familiar with implants or the post operative procedures or therapy please slow down. Rapid fire talking and quick explanation is not helpful.

If you are still producing testosterone but in low amounts , will taking TRT actually stop your body from making any testosterone at all? Or can it co-exist and still allow your body to produce?

Please address the comment that this implant "restores" what has been lost due to atrophy caused by ED. This is not accurate. The implant stops atrophy; it will not replace what is lost. Please make this clear. Dr Perito is correct that any man who is concerned about loss of 'size' should act ASAP after getting a RP or losing his nightly erections due to cancer treatments...if you dont act sooner than later the loss is permanent. You cant ask for added length of implant to restore what you lose; I know this by personal experience. Dr Perito did my implant and it works great. But is not anywhere near what I had before I was operated on. Thanks

This is the most recent vlog I can find. I would like to share my story. First, THANK YOU!! YOU'VE BEEN AWESOE. I am 4 months post op. My story begins with the usual fading of lasting erection followed by a myriad of marketing ploys to treat the symptom but not the cure. I tried everything and I believe 2 things unwittingly really helped. During my journey to regain my manhood and not be put out to pasutre again, I discovered shock wave and p-shots but so expensive. I went to Pattaya Thailand and got both. They really increased my sensitivity and somewhat increased durablility but still not sufficient. I finally landed on the desk of Dr. Gretzler in Tucaon AZ. He asked immediately if anyone had checked for a veinous leak? Nope. So all the pills and BS in the world would not have made much diffference. We decided on an implant rather than fix the leak which I suspect he did anyway during the implant surgery. What a great guy!! I was told that what ever sensations you had prior to implant surgery, that's what you will have after. Mine were enhanced!! Unwittingly I believe that the shock wave and p-shots increased my sensation prior to the implant. Dr. Gretzler doesn't belive in any of that nonsense. LOL He only uses the AMS 700 and I got the LGX. I did NOT argue as Medicare paid for it. $400 co-pay for $32,000.00 procedure. He also does the penoscroal option which I think takes longer to heal. Took me 2 months. I am incredibly pleased as is my Lady. Holy Moly,, Initally my 6 inches was 4 inches and my girth about an inch less in circumference. I stargted using an automatic pump immediately and pain would allow. I continue daiily. I am now 5.25 inches and larger in circumference than pre op. The pump I have repeats the suction and release automatically and its adjustable so I let it run for 20 minutes. I am 73 and my other brain is 25. I do hope this helps.

I’m 66 years old and had my prostate removed due to cancer in 2017 but I always suffered from Premature Ejaculation (less than 10 seconds) but my wife stayed with me for 30 years very happy as I satisfied her with various other exciting things. However, she divorced me just before my prostatectomy saying “I don’t love you anymore”. However, my erection has been back like normal just 6 months after my prostatectomy but still my penis is useless as I cum as soon as a woman touches my penis which actually is useless for a partner. Having said all this, would you advise an implant for me? My only problem is PE, even if a woman kisses me, I cum immediately within 5 seconds. I have tried all kinds of solutions but nothing ever worked. I even tried anti depressants for a few years but my PE only got delayed up to 20 seconds only.
